If you are in need of food, financial, or clothing assistance or if you would like to donate food to the outreach please call (972) 617-7261 opt. 1

Contact us through the information above to make an appointment or inquire about our assistance programs.  We can however, serve families through our cloud based database for your convenience.

We service those living in the 75154 or 75125 areas, as well as those living in the Red Oak or Ferris Independent School Districts, who meet the poverty guidelines. 

1. Call and make an inquiry through Client Assistance office
2. Collect required documents
3. Upload documents electronically within deadline
4. Wait patiently as case managers review your case
5. Receive assistance once qualified

The office is open for appointments on Mon - Fri  9:00 am to 4:00 pm.*
